If you want to change the way you eat to improve your appearance or improve your health, you’ve come to the right place.
I am Kerri Hampton and I’ve been living a plant-based lifestyle for 5 years. I decided to adopt a plant-based diet and lifestyle in 2017 when my husband was prescribed high blood pressure medicine that he was told to take daily for the rest of his life. During that same time, my HIIT instructor, who also lives a plant-based lifestyle, recommended the Netflix documentary, Forks Over Knives. After watching it with my husband, we decided to give it a try.
During my husband’s follow-up appointment, his blood pressure was back to normal. The doctor was surprised to find out that he wasn’t taking the medicine at all, and that all he did was switch to a plant-based diet.
Since enjoying a stable weight and better health, I have found a deep desire to help other people make healthy lifestyle choices so they can take control over their health. I completed my plant based nutrition certification from eCornell University.
I work with individuals throughout the country, helping them look for a better way to make healthier dietary choices. Even though a plant-based diet has several benefits, many people still struggle with sticking to it.
This is another area where I can help. I can help you create plant-based recipes with an emphasis on wholesome food, including fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains.
My husband and I weren’t always plant-based, so we perfectly understand the challenges faced by people who are new to the plant-based lifestyle. As your personal plant-based consultant, one of my goals is to help make your switch to a plant-based lifestyle the best decision you’ve ever made.
During our individual online sessions, we’ll explore strategies and tools that will help you smoothly transition to plant-based life. We’ll help you establish and stick to your new healthy habits, one delicious plant-based meal at a time.
